Organizational Change

Session Description:
Change in any successful organization is a way of life. If we cannot change and keep up with our competition we will perish. In a Lean Organization change is a continuous process, both small incremental improvements as well as large organizational changes. In this four hour session you will learn and apply why we need to change, what is organizational change, why many changes fail, the eight steps to successfully implement organizational change and Lean tools than can help facilitate and sustain the change.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand why we need to change and why people resist change
  • Be able to explain what organizational change is, how it impacts your organization and how you need to lead through the process
  • Understand the requirements for organizational change
  • Apply the eight step process for organizational change
  • Become acquainted with various Lean tools that may help manage the change
