GNDC AND IMPACT DAKOTA CELEBRATE MANUFACTURING WORKFORCE WITH 2024 FACES OF MANUFACTURING LIST

[BISMARCK]— The Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) and Impact Dakota are thrilled to unveil the 2024 list of Faces of Manufacturing in North Dakota. This collaboration aims to highlight the dynamic and evolving workforce in the manufacturing industry, which continues to advance with technological innovations and increasing demand.

Jodie Mjoen, President and CEO of Impact Dakota, emphasized the industry's significance: "Every manufacturer is vital to our North Dakota communities, providing exceptional careers to our hardworking families, friends, and neighbors, and producing the essential products we depend upon. With over 27,000 manufacturing employees in North Dakota, we can rely on their work being delivered not only across our state but throughout the United States and around the world."

The Faces of Manufacturing list features 10 individuals with an honorable mention. These honorees represent all levels of manufacturing. They come from across the state and have diverse backgrounds, skillsets, and responsibilities within their industry and organizations.

Arik Spencer, President and CEO of GNDC, added, "We are proud to present this list following the success of the 2023 inaugural celebration. The manufacturing sector is a vibrant part of North Dakota’s economy. As the industry progresses, so will the opportunities for careers and engagement. We are excited to honor those making significant contributions and to highlight the promising future for prospective workers in this stable field."

GNDC and Impact Dakota will celebrate these individuals with weekly spotlights culminating with a luncheon celebration and executive branch meet and greet, aligning with Manufacturing Day on September 27, 2024 – immediately before National Manufacturing Day. With the support of the effort’s premier sponsor, the North Dakota Department of Commerce, GNDC and Impact Dakota are pleased to announce the 2024 Faces of Manufacturing.
