Training Within Industry (TWI) is a dynamic program which uses a learn-by-doing approach, teaching essential skills for supervisors and team leaders from all types of industries and businesses.

All too often good workers are promoted into supervisory roles but never given the tools or training to effectively make positive changes in their areas. The TWI training model ensures immediate payback and productivity improvements and can be applied in all work environments.

TWI has four core programs: Job Relations, Job Instruction, Job Methods, and Job Safety.
