Chief Financial Officer

DeAnn Berg, Director of Finance & Administration, is responsible for developing and managing the overall administration and assistance to the entire organization in the following areas: accounting, data processing, information systems, personnel, support services and technology.

Berg has more than 25 years work experience in accounting and management. The majority of the experience relates to managing federal and state funds, including financial and compliance auditing, program management, contract management, procurement, operating and strategic plan development, finance management.

Berg has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, ND. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the North Dakota Society of CPAs.
