Servant Leadership (Continuous Improvement for Leaders)

Session Description:
Humble, relentless and commitment are traits of the servant leader. In the short term we can effectively lead by using Power.  Long term leadership for the good of all requires the effective application of Authority by using our personal influence. You will learn the difference between the two and when to apply them. During this four hour session you will learn the basic concepts of servant leadership and how to apply them in your daily leadership activities. You will also develop an implementation plan as to how to become a Servant Leader.

Learning Objectives:

• Be able to  define what Servant Leadership is
• Understand the focus of servant leadership
• Learn the ten characteristics of Servant Leaders
• Be able to apply servant leadership in your own personal situation
• Develop an action plan to implement Servant Leadership
