Lean Time Management

Session Description:
Each of us only has 168 hours in a week to accomplish the things we need to get done.  Every day it may seem the demands for our time becomes greater. With more to do and only168 hours in the week how do we get everything done?  In this four hour session you will determine where your time is spent during the week, gain an understanding of how the basic concepts of Lean Enterprise can help with time management and show you the tools to effectively plan and manage for effective use of your time on the job and away from work.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain an understanding of where your time is currently spent
  • Be able to apply the basic concepts of Lean Enterprise to your personal time management
  • Develop the ability to identify the symptoms of time wasting
  • Learn how to effectively plan to manage your time
  • Develop an understanding of the top time wasters and how to deal with them
  • Demonstrate the ability to apply these concepts to your own personal situation
