Community based public tours for #MFGDay15

Today, Impact Dakota is highlighting community based public tours for #MFGDay15!

Jamestown/Stutsman County Economic Development Corporation has  arranged public tours of two local manufacturers:  Duratech Industries and Cavendish Farms.

Duratech Industries International, Inc.

Duratech Industries International, Inc.
was established in 1966 (originally Haybusters Manufacturing) when founder Joe Anderson recognized the benefits of grinding hay for his livestock herd.  However, the grinders at that time were too large and expensive for the average farmer or rancher - so he set out to build one that would work better for an agricultural application.

Duratech is located in Jamestown on 46 acres with over 200,000 square feet of facilities.  The company now manufactures and markets over 20 products through its North American and international dealer network.
