Nagel is on the Board of Directors for the Information Technology Council of North Dakota, InfraGard North Dakota and the Advisory Board for Bismarck State College. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Project Management Professional and a graduate of General Electric’s Accelerated Leadership Program and Bismarck State College.
